This notice describes information used through the Dream Construction website and its consultation form.

Information you provide

When you request an ADU callback, we receive your name, phone number, project city and any optional notes. We store the request in our protected administration area, send an email alert to our business through Google Gmail when connected, and use it to call you about your project. A callback request does not schedule an appointment or subscribe you to marketing messages.

When you request a consultation, we receive the contact details, property address, service selection, appointment information and project details you submit. We use these details to arrange your visit, communicate with you and respond to your project enquiry. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the project-details field.

Booking and website operation

Our website uses hosting, security and scheduling providers to operate the site. Google Calendar handles appointment availability and calendar invitations. Address lookup helps validate the visit location, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms from spam. These services may process information needed for their function, including technical request information. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Consultation records are available to our business through the website’s protected administration area. Essential storage and security features operate independently of optional analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

With your analytics permission, a successfully saved callback request is recorded as a separate callback event. It does not count as a confirmed consultation booking. This event includes no names, phone numbers, project cities or notes from the form.

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics receives information about pages visited, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and interactions such as clicking a contact button or completing a consultation booking. It uses cookies to help us understand website activity. Our analytics code does not send the names, contact details, property addresses or messages entered in the booking form.

We keep advertising personalization and Google Signals off for this implementation. Analytics is not loaded until you accept it. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing, calling us or booking an appointment.

Optional Google ad measurement

If you choose “Analytics + ad measurement”, we also allow Google advertising measurement cookies and share ad-click identifiers and completed-booking events with Google Analytics and our linked Google Ads account. This helps us understand which ads lead to consultation requests. We include only recognized Google ad-click fields from the page address in our analytics page URL; other query fields and fragments are excluded. Our booking-event payload contains the service category and confirmation type, not the contact details or project information entered in the form.

You can choose “Analytics only” to allow website analytics while keeping advertising measurement off. Existing analytics choices do not automatically opt you into ad measurement. Personalized advertising and remarketing remain off.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices

You can decline optional tracking, choose analytics only, or accept analytics with ad measurement through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics and ad measurement off. Declining after previously accepting stops our reporting and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics and advertising measurement cookies. Choosing analytics only turns ad measurement off and removes accessible advertising measurement cookies. These choices do not erase data already received by Google.
